CONFERENCE #47 Quality in the Explosives Industry

REGISTRATION

 

To register for the conference, E-mail the name(s) of the delegate(s) two weeks before the conference to nixtsecretary@icon.co.za also supplying the name of the Affiliation and the email contact data to the Financial Officer who will be processing invoices. Invoices will be forwarded by retu

 

Registration fees:

 

NIXT Individual Members and employees of Corporate Members and Associate Members : R600each. Should these membership fees not be paid by the date of the Conference, the fee will be R1200 per delegate (Non-refundable)
Non-members: R1200 each.
The registration fee includes refreshments, lunch and a copy of the Proceedings per Company.
Registration will be confirmed and an invoice supplied. Deposit the registration fee in the NIXT account held at ABSA Bank, Fourways account no. 3490 165 338.
Please urge your financial officer to record the invoice number during electronic banking.
In the case of a counter deposit please use the invoice number as reference and fax the deposit slip to 086 671 0110
Registration fees may also be paid at the conference provided prior notice is given.
If required a route map will be supplied with the invoice.

WORKSHOPS

 

Where applicable conferences will conclude with a workshop during which incidents and accidents relating to the conference topic and that occurred in industry will be investigated.

Presentations will be limited to ten to fifteen minutes and will conform to the following format :

 

General background.
What happened?
Why did it happen?
What lessons did we learn?
